What we cannot help with
We are an independent site covering the Side Hustle Summit. We do not run the event, so anything tied to your account or a payment has to go to the organisers directly:
- Missing session or replay emails
- Refunds, billing or payment problems
- VIP or paid program access issues
- Changing the email on your registration
For those, use the support address in the confirmation email you received when you registered.
Spotted something wrong?
Event details change and we would rather be corrected than be wrong. If a date, time, session title or price on this site does not match the official page, send us the link and we will fix it. Corrections get priority over everything else in the inbox.
Most questions are already answered
Before writing, it is worth checking whether the answer is already on the site. The questions that arrive most often all have a page.
"When exactly is it and what time in my country?" The schedule page lists all five sessions and converts each start time to your own timezone automatically. The dates are September 6, 7, 8, 9 and 13, 2026, all at 1 PM Eastern.
"Is it really free, or is there a catch?" Both, in a sense. The free event guide sets out what admission covers and what gets sold during the week.
"I registered and nothing arrived." Almost always an email filter rather than a failed sign-up. The registration guide lists every common failure and its fix.
"I missed a session." The replay page covers how the recordings are delivered and how long the windows stay open.
"Should I pay for anything?" The VIP comparison covers the optional upgrade, and the reviews guide covers the paid program more honestly than most pages will.
Corrections get priority
Event details change during a launch week and third-party pages copy each other's mistakes. If a date, session title, price or claim on this site does not match the official page, send the link and it gets fixed the same day. That is the one kind of message that jumps the queue.
